Q uando per Elkanah veniva il giorno di offrire il sacrificio, egli soleva dare a sua moglie Peninna e a tutti i suoi figli e figlie le loro parti;

On the day when Elkanah killed animals on the altar in worship, he would give part of the gift to his wife Peninnah and to all her sons and daughters.
