M a Ruth rispose: «Non insistere con me perché ti abbandoni e lasci di seguirti, perché dove andrai tu andrò anch'io, e dove starai tu io pure starò, il tuo popolo sarà il mio popolo, e il tuo DIO sarà il mio DIO;

And Ruth said, Urge me not to leave you or to turn back from following you; for where you go I will go, and where you lodge I will lodge. Your people shall be my people and your God my God.
