E gli prese allora la sua gente, la divise in tre schiere, e fece un'imboscata nei campi; quando vide che il popolo usciva dalla città, gli si levò contro e ne fece una strage.

And he took the people and divided them into three companies and set ambushes in the field and looked, and, behold, the people were come forth out of the city; and he rose up against them and smote them.
