G li uomini d'Israele avevano dunque voltato le spalle nel combattimento; e quei di Beniamino avevano cominciato a colpire e uccidere circa trenta uomini d'Israele. Essi infatti dicevano: «Certamente essi sono interamente sconfitti davanti a noi come nella prima battaglia!».

whereupon the men of Israel would turn in battle. Now Benjamin had begun to strike and kill about thirty of the men of Israel. For they said, “Surely they are defeated before us, as in the first battle.”
