I n quel tempo non c'era re in Israele; in quello stesso tempo la tribú dei Daniti cercava per sé un territorio per stabilirsi, perché fino a quei giorni non le era stata assegnata alcuna eredità fra le tribú d'Israele.

There was no king of Israel in those days. At that time the family of the Danites was looking for their own land to live in. For no land had been given to them yet among the families of Israel.
