M a Sihon non si fidò a lasciar passare Israele per il suo territorio; anzi Sihon radunò tutta la sua gente, si accampò a Jahats e combattè contro Israele.

But Sihon did not trust Israel. He would not let them pass through his land. Sihon gathered all his people together. They set up their tents in Jahaz, and fought with Israel.
