N on lasciatevi trasportare qua e là da varie e strane dottrine, perché è bene che il cuore sia reso saldo dalla grazia e non da cibi, da cui non ebbero alcun giovamento quelli che ne fecero uso.

Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.
