( perché l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, che sta in mezzo a te, è un Dio geloso); altrimenti l'ira dell'Eterno, del tuo DIO, si accenderebbe contro di te e ti farebbe scomparire dalla faccia della terra.

for Jehovah thy God in the midst of thee is a jealous God; lest the anger of Jehovah thy God be kindled against thee, and he destroy thee from off the face of the earth.
