E d essi, minacciatili di nuovo, li lasciarono andare, non trovando alcun modo per poterli punire, a motivo del popolo, poiché tutti glorificavano Dio per ciò che era accaduto.

After they had spoken more sharp words to them, they let them go. They could not beat them because the people were giving thanks to God for what had happened.
