O ra, la sera di quello stesso giorno, il primo della settimana, mentre le porte del luogo dove erano radunati i discepoli erano serrate per paura dei Giudei, Gesú venne e si presentò là in mezzo, e disse loro: «Pace a voi!».

Then on that same first day of the week, when it was evening, though the disciples were behind closed doors for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, Peace to you!
