N on credi che io sono nel Padre e che il Padre è in me? Le parole che io vi dico, non le dico da me stesso. Il Padre che dimora in me è colui che fa le opere.

ألا تُؤمِنُ أنِّي أنا فِي الآبِ وَأنَّ الآبَ فِيَّ؟ ما أُكَلِّمُكُمْ بِهِ لا أتَكَلَّمُ بِهِ مِنْ عِندِي، فَالآبُ الَّذِي يَحيا فِيَّ هُوَ يَعمَلُ أعمالَهُ.
