M a se il padre, il giorno che viene a saperlo, le si oppone, tutti i suoi voti e tutte le obbligazioni a cui si è legata, non saranno validi; e l'Eterno la perdonerà, perché il padre le si è opposto.

But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the Lord shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
