G uai a te, o Moab! Sei perduto, o popolo di Kemosh! Egli ha reso i suoi figli fuggiaschi, e ha dato le sue figlie come schiave a Sihon, re degli Amorei.

Woe to thee, Moab! thou art undone, O people of Chemosh: he hath given his sons that escaped, and his daughters, into captivity unto Sihon king of the Amorites.
