C hiunque tocca il corpo di una persona morta e non si purifica, contamina la dimora dell'Eterno; quella persona sarà sterminata dal mezzo d'Israele. Poiché l'acqua di purificazione non è stata spruzzata su di lui, egli è impuro; la sua impurità è ancora su di lui.

Whosoever toucheth the dead body of any man that is dead, and purifieth not himself, defileth the tabernacle of the Lord; and that soul shall be cut off from Israel: because the water of separation was not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean; his uncleanness is yet upon him.
