A nche se Edom, dicesse: "Noi siamo stati distrutti, ma torneremo a ricostruire i luoghi desolati"», cosí dice l'Eterno degli eserciti. «Essi ricostruiranno, ma io demolirò; e saranno chiamati il Territorio dell'iniquità e il popolo contro il quale l'Eterno sarà per sempre indignato.

Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the Lord of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the Lord hath indignation for ever.
