Sofonia 1:12 ~ Zephaniah 1:12

I n quel tempo avverrà che io frugherò Gerusalemme con lampade e punirò gli uomini che, fermi sulle loro fecce, dicono in cuor loro: "L'Eterno non fa né bene né male".

And at that time I will search Jerusalem with lamps and punish the men who are thickening and settling on their lees, who say in their hearts, The Lord will not do good, nor will He do evil.
