P oserà la mano sulla testa del capro e lo scannerà nel luogo dove si scannano gli olocausti davanti all'Eterno. E' un sacrificio per il peccato.

He shall lay his hand on the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before Yahweh. It is a sin offering.
