S e un forestiero che vive presso di te arricchisce e un tuo fratello che vive presso di lui impoverisce, e si vende al forestiero o all'ospite che è presso di te, o a qualcuno della famiglia del forestiero,

«إنِ اغتَنَى غَرِيبٌ أوْ زائِرٌ بَينَكُمْ، وَافتَقَرَ واحِدٌ مِنْ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ فَباعَ نَفسَهُ لِلغَرِيبِ أوِ الزّائِرِ، أوْ لِشَخصٍ مِنْ عَشِيرَةِ الغَرِيبِ،
