« Al principe invece sarà assegnata un'area di qua e di là della parte sacra e della proprietà della città, di fronte alla parte sacra offerta e di fronte alla proprietà della città, che si estende sul lato ovest verso ovest e sul lato est verso est, con una lunghezza uguale a una delle parti assegnate alle tribú, dal confine ovest al confine est.
