R idurrò il paese a una desolazione e a un deserto, l'orgoglio della sua forza verrà meno e i monti d'Israele saranno cosí desolati che nessuno piú vi passerà.

For I will make the land into desert and solitude, and the pride of her strength shall cease; and the mountains of Israel shall be desolate, that no one shall pass through.
