A l rumore della sua caduta feci tremare le nazioni, quando lo feci scendere nello Sceol, assieme a quelli che scendono nella fossa; e nelle profondità della terra si consolarono tutti gli alberi dell'Eden, i piú scelti e i piú belli del Libano, tutti quelli che si abbeveravano alle acque.

I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to hell with them that descend into the pit: and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, shall be comforted in the nether parts of the earth.
