Ezechiele 17:9 ~ Ezekiel 17:9

D i' Cosí dice il Signore l'Eterno. Potrà prosperare? L'aquila non sradicherà forse le sue radici e non taglierà via i suoi frutti per lasciare che si secchi? Cosí tutte le foglie che ha messo si seccheranno. Non ci vorrà tanta forza né molta gente per svellerla dalle radici.

Say thou: Thus hath the Lord GOD said, Shall it be prospered? Shall he not pull it up its roots and destroy its fruit and let it wither? All of the leaves of her spring shall wither, even without great power or many people plucking it up by its roots.
