Geremia 38:9 ~ Jeremiah 38:9

« O re, mio signore, quegli uomini hanno agito male in tutto ciò che hanno fatto al profeta Geremia, gettandolo nella cisterna; egli morirà di fame là dentro, perché non c'è piú pane in città».

“My lord the king, these men have been very sinful in all they have done to Jeremiah the man of God. They have put him in the well. And he will die there of hunger, for there is no more bread in the city.”
