O r avvenne ai giorni di Achaz figlio di Jotham, figlio di Uzziah, re di Giuda, che Retsin re di Siria, e Pekah figlio di Remaliah, re d'Israele, salirono contro Gerusalemme per muoverle guerra, ma non riuscirono ad espugnarla.

And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz, the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, came up to Jerusalem to make war against it, but they were not able to fight against it.
