P oiché cosí dice l'Eterno: «Ecco, io farò giungere a lei la pace come un fiume e la ricchezza delle nazioni come un torrente che straripa, e voi sarete allattati, sarete portati sui suoi fianchi e accarezzati sulle sue ginocchia.

For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees.
