G uai a chi contende con chi l'ha formato, un frammento di vasi di terra con altri frammenti di vasi di terra. Dirà l'argilla a chi la forma: «Che fai?», o dirà la tua opera: «Non ha mani?».

Woe to him who strives with his Maker!—a worthless piece of broken pottery among other pieces equally worthless! Shall the clay say to him who fashions it, What do you think you are making? or, Your work has no handles?
