P oiché prima della mietitura, quando la fioritura è finita e il fiore è diventato un grappolo in fase di maturazione, egli taglierà i ramoscelli con le roncole, e strapperà via e troncherà i tralci.

For before the harvest, when the blossom is over, and the flower becometh a ripening grape, he will cut off the sprigs with pruning-hooks, and the spreading branches will he take away and cut down.
