M osè ed Aaronne andarono dunque da Faraone e fecero così, esattamente come l'Eterno aveva ordinato. Aaronne gettò il suo bastone davanti al Faraone e davanti ai suoi servitori. ed esso diventò un serpente.

So Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh, and they did so, just as the Lord commanded. And Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh and before his servants, and it became a serpent.
