N ella tenda di convegno, fuori del velo che sta davanti alla testimonianza, Aaronne e i suoi figli terranno le lampade accese, perché ardano dalla sera al mattino davanti all'Eterno. Questo sarà uno statuto perenne tra i figli d'Israele per tutte le future generazioni».

In the tabernacle of the testimony outside the veil, which shall be before the ark of the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order them from evening to morning before the LORD; it shall be a perpetual statute of the sons of Israel for their generations.
