S e alcuni vengono a lite e percuotono una donna incinta così da farla abortire, ma non ne segue altro danno, il percuotitore sarà multato in base a quanto il marito della donna gli imporrà; egli pagherà l'indennizzo come determinano i giudici;

If men contend with each other, and a pregnant woman is hurt so that she has a miscarriage, yet no further damage follows, shall surely be punished with a fine to the woman’s husband, as much as the judges determine.
