l ascia che siano loro a giudicare il popolo in ogni tempo; essi riporteranno a te ogni problema di grande importanza, ma ogni piccolo problema lo decideranno loro. Così sarà piú facile per te, ed essi porteranno il peso con te.

And let them judge the people at all seasons; and it shall be that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge, so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.
