M osè prese con sé le ossa di Giuseppe, perché questi aveva espressamente fatto giurare i figli d'Israele, dicendo: «Certamente DIO vi visterà; allora trasportate di qui le mie ossa con voi».

And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him: for he had straitly sworn the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you; and ye shall carry up my bones away hence with you.
