E i figli d'Israele furono fruttiferi, moltiplicarono copiosamente e divennero numerosi e si fecero straordinariamente forti; e il paese ne fu ripieno.

And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them.
