I Giudei dunque colpirono tutti i loro nemici, passandoli a fil di spada, e compiendo un grande massacro e distruzione; fecero dei loro nemici quello che vollero.

So the Jews killed and destroyed with sword all those who hated them. They did as they pleased to those who hated them.
