U na copia del decreto, emanato come legge in ogni provincia, doveva essere promulgato per tutti i popoli, perche i Giudei si tenessero pronti per quel giorno a vendicarsi dei loro nemici.

The letter was law in every part of the nation and was sent to all the people, so the Jews would be ready on that day to stand against those who hated them.
