Q uella notte il re non poteva prendere sonno. Allora ordinò che gli si portasse il libro dei fatti memorabili, le Cronache; e se ne fece la lettura davanti al re.

¶ On that night the king could not sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles, and they were read before the king.
