S i fecero indagini e, trovato che la cosa era vera, i due eunuchi furono impiccati sul patibolo; il fatto fu poi registrato nel libro delle Cronache, alla presenza del re.

And the matter was investigated and found out; and they were both hanged on a tree. And it was written in the book of the chronicles before the king.
