Neemia 9:17 ~ Nehemiah 9:17

S i rifiutarono di ubbidire e non si ricordarono delle meraviglie che tu avevi compiuto in mezzo a loro; indurirono invece la loro cervice e nella loro ribellione si scelsero un capo per tornare alla loro schiavitú. Ma tu sei un Dio pronto a perdonare, misericordioso, pieno di compassione, lento all'ira e di grande benignità. Tu non li hai abbandonati,

and refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy wonders that thou didst among them, but hardened their neck, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage. But thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness, and forsookest them not.
