C osí, né io né i miei fratelli né i miei servi né gli uomini di guardia che mi seguivano, ci toglievamo i vestiti; ma ognuno aveva la sua arma con acqua.

So neither I, my brothers, my servants, nor the men of the guard who followed me, none of us removed our clothes, each took his weapon even to the water.
