i o disposi uomini armati nei luoghi piú bassi dietro le mura; vi disposi il popolo per famiglie, con le loro spade, le loro lance e i loro archi.

So I put men in the lowest parts of the places behind the wall, in the open places. I put the people in place by their families with their swords, spears and bows.
