O ra dunque non date le vostre figlie ai loro figli, né prendete le loro figlie per i vostri figli; non cercate mai la loro prosperità né il loro benessere, perché cosí diventerete forti, mangerete i migliori prodotti del paese e lo lascerete in eredità ai vostri figli per sempre".

Therefore, do not give your daughters to their sons or take their daughters for your sons; and never seek their peace or prosperity, that you may be strong and eat the good of the land and leave it as an inheritance to your children always.
