P oi Ezechia si umiliò dell'orgoglio del suo cuore, lui e gli abitanti di Gerusalemme; perciò l'ira dell'Eterno non venne sopra di loro durante la vita di Ezechia.

Notwithstanding, Hezekiah humbled himself for the pride of his heart, both he and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the wrath of the LORD did not come upon them in the days of Hezekiah.
