Q uesti sono coloro che passarono il Giordano nel primo mese quando era straripato su tutti gli argini, e misero in fuga tutti gli abitanti delle valli, a est e a ovest.

These are they that went over Jordan in the first month, when it overflows all its banks, and they put to flight all of the valleys, toward the east and toward the west.
