F ece venire tutti i sacerdoti dalle città di Giuda e profanò gli alti luoghi dove i sacerdoti avevano bruciato incenso da Gheba fino Beer-Sceba. Abbattè pure gli alti luoghi delle porte, che erano all'ingresso della porta di Giosuè, governatore della città, e che erano a sinistra di chi entra nella porta della città.

And he bringeth in all the priests out of the cities of Judah, and defileth the high places where the priests have made perfume, from Geba unto Beer-Sheba, and hath broken down the high places of the gates that at the opening of the gate of Joshua, head of the city, that on a man's left hand at the gate of the city;
