F ece portare l'Ascerah dalla casa dell'Eterno fuori di Gerusalemme al torrente Kidron; la bruciò presso il torrente Kidron, la ridusse in cenere e fece gettare le sue ceneri sui sepolcri della gente del popolo.

He brought out the Asherah from the house of the Lord outside Jerusalem to the brook Kidron, and burned it at the brook Kidron, and ground it to dust, and threw its dust on the graves of the common people.
