« Andate a consultare l'Eterno per me, per il popolo e per tutto Giuda, riguardo alle parole di questo libro che è stato trovato; poiché grande è l'ira dell'Eterno che si è accesa contro di noi perché i nostri padri non hanno ubbidito alle parole di questo libro e non hanno agito in conformità a tutto ciò che è scritto per noi».

“Go, ask the Lord for me and all Judah about the words of this book that has been found. For the Lord is very angry with us, because our fathers have not listened to the words of this book. They have not done all that is written for us to do.”
