E ssi gli risposero: «Un uomo ci è venuto incontro e ci ha detto: "Andate, ritornate dal re che vi ha mandato e ditegli: Cosí dice l'Eterno: E forse perchè non c 'è alcun DIO in Israele che tu mandi a consultare Baal-Zebub, dio di Ekron? Per questo non scenderai dal letto sul quale sei salito, ma certamente morirai"».

They said, “A man came up to meet us. He said to us, ‘Go and return to the king who sent you. Tell him, “This is what the Lord says. ‘Are you asking Baal-zebub the god of Ekron because there is no God in Israel? So you will not leave the bed on which you lie. You will die for sure.’”’”
