L 'ottavo giorno congedò il popolo, e quelli convenuti benedirono il re e tornarono alle loro tende allegri e col cuore contento per tutto il bene che l'Eterno aveva fatto al suo servo Davide e a Israele, suo popolo.

On the eighth day he sent the people away; and they blessed the king, and went to their tents, joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that Jehovah had done to David his servant, and to Israel his people.
