B arzillai era molto vecchio: aveva ottant'anni; era stato lui a fornire i viveri al re mentre questi si trovava a Mahanaim, perché era molto facoltoso.

And Barzillai was very aged, eighty years old; and it was he that had maintained the king while he abode at Mahanaim; for he was a very great man.
