A llora Joab rispose all'uomo che lo aveva informato: «Ecco, tu l'hai visto? E perché non l'hai tu, sul posto steso morto al suolo? Io ti avrei dato dieci sicli d'argento e una cintura».

And Joab said to the man that told him, And behold, thou sawest, and why didst thou not smite him there to the ground? and I would have given thee ten silver pieces and a girdle.
